Y Rei / Mudflaps / Y Stilletoes
Y Rei are from north wales and was formed in late march when they went to a t.v program on s4c called bandit were they performed two songs "Rebal Heb Achos" and "Ansicr". Member from gola ola Rich joined the band at that time and in june drummer from gola ola Alex Moller joined to. Y Rei played in gwyl cear gwyllt in the tap pub witch was small venue but made a good impression on the crowd. Every song is written by Aron Elias. Recordings are from Richard Roberts in Ferlas studio apart from "Ansicr witch was recorded in Un studio by Sam Durant. Y Rei have just made an E.p and its in shops in north wales and on sale in the eisteddfod 2008. In 2008 they released their first album called *Lawr y lon goch* , and will be giging all through out Summer 2008. Mudflaps are the reincarnation of North Wales power pop sensation Big in Japans The Heights.
